COVID caused that my weight increased, so instead of move a bit more, I decided to eat less and maybe also to eat healhier. It is a terrible choice, prepared meals are tasteless, expensive and I'm hungry all the time. I DO NOT recommend doing this, meat is meat - I mean, it does not hurt to make some day in a week meatless, but don't build your whole diet on vegetables and "alternatives" made from plants.

The only.. and I repeat, the only exception is BurgerKing and their plant based burgers.
